We show customer ratings for all our move help and move cleaning providers on a scale of 0–5. The ratings combine our users' reviews and company reviews from Facebook and Google.
We collect reviews from our users via email 3 days after they have moved into their new homes. Then they have the experience of the work done fresh in their minds and can give a fair review.
No one else than the user can access the link and leave a review. We always ensure that a given review refers to the right user and provider before updating the customer rating in our service.
