If you are registered as "I kommunen" (In the municipality) or "Utan hemvist" (without domicile), you can only register a new address for yourself in Flyttsmart's service.
If you want to register a new address for someone else, please use the form "Flyttning inom Sverige". You can find it on the Swedish Tax Agency's website and at your local tax office.
