Many broadband subscriptions have a binding period (usually 12, 18 or 24 months). This means that you must pay for the whole contract period if you cancel the subscription in advance.
Broadband providers rarely make exceptions. However, you might be able to bring the subscription to your new address. Please get in touch with your provider to find out.
